This tablet contains 10mgs of Cetirizine, the active ingredient in Zyrtec, this is an over the counter dosage, it is an antihistamine used to treat allergies. I'm not sure if this particular one is available over the counter, however.

Side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness, dizziness and dry mouth.

Yes this particular pill is over the counter. All cetirizine is OTC. This particular pill is the CVS brand cetirizine.
