small round pill a very pale yellow with a w or a m on one side an two lines one smaller than the other and below the lines is i believe a 4 and possibly 4 again or a n or a k i cant tell then below that a small arrow head

Without knowing the precise specifics on the imprint, it's very difficult to identify this tablet.

Is there a chance you could get someone else to look at it and see if they can make it out?

Or perhaps use a magnifying glass?

In the meantime, I'll keep looking and post back when I find something.
