I've tried searching for this in quite a few U.S. prescription drug databases, but it's not turning up.

Was it found in the U.S. or elsewhere?

There's a good possibility that it's an over the counter tablet, but also a small chance that it could be a foreign medication.

Does anyone else recognize this tablet?

Yes, the pill is from the US and I agree it may be an OTC drug, just not sure which one. Thank you for your help!
