What is a round white pill with 44 on top and 345 below it?

From what I can find this contains 311mgs of Magnesium, a generic or store brand of Milk Of Magnesia, a very common antacid used to treat heartburn and similar conditions. It is a chewable tablet.

The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, and diarrhea. (Which is why it also helps some people with constipation.)
