Hi Ron,

Based on the description provided I haven't come across any specific matches to those numbers. However, I can determine from the "V" imprint that this pill was either manufactured by Vintage Pharmaceuticals or Qualitest Pharmaceuticals. These are the two manufacturers who have a "V" logo accompanied by a set of four digits on the other side.

If anything, I'd recommend contacting the manufacturer directly to see which of their products this may be.
