i found a tiny little white pill with nothing but the letter S on it, what is it?

Hi kristi,

Is there by chance a letter "S" on each side of the pill, or is it just on one side? And if it is only on one side, is there a score line on the other side? - This appears to be the deciding factor between the two possible matches I have come across.

If there is a letter "S" on each side of the pill then the round white pill is a 25mg Sominex sleep aid pill; the active ingredient being Diphenhydramine.

If there is an "S" on only one side with a score line on the other, then the pill is more than likely a 50mg Serophene tablet. Serophene is a fertility drug used to increase the chance of getting pregnant. It is used to help women ovulate (produce a mature egg) properly during their cycle.

Do either of these descriptions fit your pill?
