If there are no markings, then it is going to be difficult to determine exactly what they contain.

We can rule it out as being a U.S. prescription medication, since they are all required, by law, to have imprints to enable their identification, but there are many over the counter products that meet this description.

There is also a small chance that it could be a foreign medication.
