Round Blue M 15

This is a small round blue pill that has a M with a square around it on one side and 15 on the other side

You have Oxycodone 15mg (generic Roxicodone) made by Malinckrodt Pharmaceutical. Unless your son(s) have a prescription for this drug they should not have this. Oxycodone is a very powerfull narcotic pain medication.

A round, blue pill with an M in a box on one side, and a 15 on the other was manufactured by Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals, and they list it as having contained 15mgs of Morphine in an extended release formulation. This tablet has been discontinued. NDC: 00406-8315

The FDA warns that this medication carries the risk of being habit forming, and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, constipation, and dry mouth.

The tablet John referred to that contains Oxycodone is actually green, and has the 15 on top of a score line on the opposite side of the tablet. NDC: 00406-8515 This one is still available. Here's another image to show the difference:
