Rotoheal Tablet Uses And Side Effects

I have been prescribed tab rotoheal by my orthopeadic surgeon for my fractured leg, what are the benefits & side effects.

Rotoheal contains a mixture of Enzymes that are believed to help with inflammation, Rutoside, Bromelain and Trypsin.

However, since it isn't used in the U.S. and those are actually considered supplements, I have no information on the possible side effects.

Does anyone else know more?
