Rimonabant Safe?

I recently purchased Rimonabant 20 MG from Canada. I live in the US. I was just reading the side affects and I am a bit concerned. Should I take them?

You should never take such a medication, without your doctor's approval. And there's a reason this one was removed from the market in many countries, it carries some pretty severe risks, including dangerous psychiatric problems and suicide risk.
