Rhodes/purdue Buprenorphine Hcl 8mg Rp B8 Vs Roxanne 54 411 (Page 24)

Updated

I have made the switch from the 8mg films to 8mg buprenorphine tablets only. With all the research I've done and experience I do my best to stay away from actavis mylan and nowadays sandoz. I noticed everyone has enjoyed the Roxanne now westward generics amongst hi-tech coming in second/mylan. I have no experience with mylan bup and don't want to take the risk even as mylan has always been a waste imo. I'm not a fan of allergan (actavis) taking over watson so depending on the drug dispenses I most stay away. There are as of now 7 manufacturers of generic buprenorphine hcl 8mg (generic subutex). They are in order of my preferred with not much experience except with brand name:

*roxanne (now westward pharma)- 54 411
*hi tech- 8 ^(arrow)
*mylan- M924
*teva (allergen/activas owned) crooked b 799
*actavis- moon 153
*sun pharma- 460 white round
[And the brand new released generic made by Purdue and distributed by Rhodes Pharmaceuticals the new Rhodes generic]
*RP b8- white round bevelled and pretending edges.

I currently have had a smooth switch to the Roxanne/westward and declined mylan, actavis, teva, hi tech, sun pharma as most research and reviews conclude the Roxanne/westward generics the 54 411 seem to be best reviewed. I was unable to find the Purdue/Rhodes pharma newly released generic RB b8 imprinted generic. All I know is Rhodes and Purdue are professionals in the process of making quality meds and not just quality meds but pain relief medication, as they even were the company to CREATE oxycontin. I was able to come across one image of them on the web and they look very similar to the Roxanne 54 411s in size color and mostly shape except for the rhodes/Purdue ones protrude or kind of pop out on each side beyond the bevelled edges. They look really well made and on one side they have RP and otherside b 8 which the b and 8 are fairly far apart. I have been doing great from switching from brand films to the Roxanne westward 54 411s so far. I'm hoping to get some feedback by next month on these newly released rhodes/Purdue generic buprenorphine hcl 8mg. They are the newest and just released October 2017 and look very shinny and quality made. I'm hoping someone here who has tried both the Roxanne/westward and the new Purdue ones imprinted RP b 8 tablets. I am going to try and have my pharmacy special order the new Rhodes generics made by Purdue again imprinted RP b 8 white round shinny tablets fairly similar to the Roxanne but look better quality imo but do not have much experience with generic just brand and am very well versed on pharma companies and their medicine and their quality each one has.

Has anyone tried these new rhodes/Purdue ones imprinted RP b 8? How would you compare them to the Roxanne 54 411 tablets... I hope for a response or it will be trail and error for me when ordering Rhodes next month if i stay on this route and will see how they compare to the Roxanne/westward but will not be til a month away. Please if you have any experience with these generics and especially the new rhodes/Purdue one let me know. Again I was able to locate only one image of them and they look great. They do not look small like hi tech more like a combined Roxanne and mylan with the shininess and how they pop out on each side..they look a little larger like the mylan and Roxanne not small like hi tech or teva or activas they are round tablet imprints RP b8 with b and 8 fairly far apart. Any feedback would be great and I would want to switch to rhodes/Purdue from roxanne (now westward being a factor) generics as they make quality are new just released and approved this year 2017 of October and no one how even mentioned them yet that I can find. With westward buying out Roxanne and them making changes a new generic made by Purdue may be just the one we have been waiting for and needing..again on the 54 411 ones now and looking for feedback on the new Purdue Rhodes ones and if the switch from Roxanne westward to rhodes/Purdue would be better maybe with better quality as they have always been a great and reputable company who makes outstanding drugs. Any feedback would be great.

Re: Charlene (# 456) Expand Referenced Message

What 2mg xanax did u have before the new blue b707s? The new blues are dispensed by Breckenridge and made by centaur pharma in india. I would really like to try them. they are shaped like greenstone but blue and speckled which is usually good, and there are so many generics out there now. I list them in order of what's preferred:

1. greenstone g3722 white bar (brand sub)
2. dava s 90 3 green bar
3. activas R039 yellow bar
4. sandoz gg249 white bar
5. mylan mylan a4 white circle
6. blank 2 white bar bion pharma
7. vintage qualitest v 2090 white bar
8. aurobindo Y 2 1 white bar
9. ESI Lederle Generics A54 LL green bar
10. sun pharma white capsule shape bar 11
11. BP 633 white circle Boca Pharma
12. ALG 2 white bar by Alphapharm Pty LTD
13. ALPRAP02 white bar by apotex pharma
14. b707 blue bar first and only blue bar by Breckenridge Pharmaceutical, Inc made by centaur pharma in india.
15. par pharma, activas, sandoz, cor pharma also make extended-release versions and ODT versions same as qualitest but solco boughtout qualitest so if you want a qualitest product you will need to ask to order solco generic flr qualitest. Teva also makes extended release formulations. Barr pharma also makes 1mg and 2mg er formulations. Also PD-RX Pharmaceuticals makes some and novapharm makes some as well. But I am truly curious about the two new bars. The blue b707 by Breckenridge and the new green bar ESI Lederle Generics A54 LL.

I would love feedback on the breckenridge blue bars b707 and esi lederle green bar A54 LL. And of course there are the u94 white bars and the ALP bars and the blank farmapram bars and the onax ones but these are not in the US. Of all these generics i have stuck with greenstone for both ir and xr dosages. I wonder if any of these other generics beat greenstone which is the same as brand name phizer upjohn.

Re: 2thless (# 457) Expand Referenced Message

I don’t know anyone on here, but I don’t think their purpose is to be on here, isn’t how to get Xanax recreationally. Most people on here have some type of health issue and they are seeking out where they can get their medication filled, because the places where they use to, go no longer carry it. I am on here because, I have a Syndrome that causes me severe pain daily. The pharmacy I go to no longer carries the brand of Buprenorphine I was started on in California. Then I came home to the MidWest and they only had it for a short time. Then they ran out. Then I got on this site to find out where I could get the brand I was getting in California. I’ve found recently that Mylan is probably no longer going to manufacture their Buprenorphine brand. That’s why we all are on this site, not to do what you are accusing us of doing.

Re: 2thless (# 457) Expand Referenced Message

What would you do if they don’t manufacture the ones you are taking anymore? There no other type of medication like these on the market in our pharmacies besides suboxone. It comes in all the same brands and having all the problems getting it too. As a matter of fact WestWard/Roxanne is one that my pharmacy doesn’t carry that much, because it’s hard for them to get it in. So I would assume it’s getting harder to get that brand too.

Yes I totally agree. The Rhodes wear off sooner. Nothing real noticeable. I rated mine the same as yours. I'm struggling like hell with finding a walmart that has the 5411. You would think they're ordering from the same vendor. Now you must live in that county and no earlier refills except 1 day. I can only locate one Walmart 45 mls away. Omg.

Re: T (# 464) Expand Referenced Message

there is no more roxanne or westward only himka now so you will not find roxanne as they have all been dispensed some westwards left being siffened out and himkas are only 54 411 available.

Re: goozer (# 461) Expand Referenced Message

I have been waiting awhile to see if or how much I can campare the xanax. It's been a good while since I have been prescribed them...I'm going to have to actually choose the yellow 2mg bar from Walgreens, now I can't believe I'm saying this actavis!...because I'm not a fan of actavis bup....when I used to get them prescribed years ago like they were damn candy..lol I just remembered liking the yellow the best, 2nd was the white. Now for some reason I felt those were a bit more sedating. The only other one I used to get looked sort of greenish and I felt they were less effective on me..but darn I remember this man sold them and he always asked top $$ for those ones..in my opinion he maybe did. They were less popular in my area, I remember only one pharmacy had them...but who knows, but I'm going to stick with the yellow at least for now...

Re: Charlene (# 471) Expand Referenced Message

activas alprazolam is decent in my top 5 generics of it. the r039 yellows bars are nice. have some now. they hit fast but wear off quickly but do the job. not a bad choice and i like activas benzos but jot much other meds they make. how u compare the blue b707 to the yellow activas. u really should try and get greenstone 3722 white ones. they are exact same as upjohn phizer brand name but each generic has its pros and cons

Re: Roxanne 56 (# 466) Expand Referenced Message

That's strange because the rhodes are the highest quality made buprenorphine tablets and exactly the same as brand name subutex. Anyways, if the himka 54 411 are what you want they are everywhere, I could find some in one call. Ask the pharmacy for himkas. Roxannes are gone for good. There may be some west wards still being siphoned out but now it is strictly himka. Chalky, crumbly, non shinny tablets - unlike when roxanne made them with quality. But there are no more good 54 411 tablets. They are now owned by himka, not a quality pharma and made with cheap ingredients. I have roxanne tablets, westward tablets, and himka; all three are very different even though they are similar looking. Roxanne are shiny, westward are chalky but don't break apart like the new imo crappy himkas. I have all 3 and Rhodes and put to the test. Rhodes last me two times as long with two times the potency at least. If you really want the himka 54 411 I can help you find a pharmacy but they will not he anything like the roxannes we were used to. Just look at the 54 411 tablet images online and look how over the year the tablets have changed physically. Tablets look alike, but up close there are many differences. Wish Roxanne still made them. Good luck.

Re: T (# 464) Expand Referenced Message

Tina, I talked with mylan. They certainly are not done manufacturing mylan bup hcl tablets. Just inform your pharmacist to order them via NDC 0378-0924-93. I'm surprised you still haven't found any. I could get some ordered if I preferred them but I hate mylan. Keep checking and calling the pharmacist. Mylan bup is everywhere as well. Best of luck.

See, now you're on this discussion thread talking about xanax?? U just balled me out on a different thread about this subject. Those who get xanax actually need it, and are not abusing it. We, on this site get very good advice on generics..and I have become pretty close with a few people here that I call my friends.

I have been on the 54 411 since March 2017 only one time about a year ago did walmart give me a different kind and I like them. They were the 8 arrow ones. I have noticed in the last 3-6 months the quality has been bad (54-411). Also I noticed that they have been dissolving by them selves a little. Anyone else have that issue? I was thinking it was due to humidity not sure though. Today I picked up my script and they gave me the RP-b8's I hope the work as good as the 54-411s did before the last 6 months or so.

Re: Xerium (# 477) Expand Referenced Message

Hi welcome to the group,! Goozer has a very good post here and a bunch of very nice people I'd like to call my friends. We all compare our thoughts on medicine and what works best for each one of us..it seems most of us had really liked the 54 411s they have been bought out and are now called hikma. They has basically changed the formula and the pills are not shinny and hard or well made..u should consider yourself lucky to have gotten the new Rhodes generic it's the best we have had in a very long time. Notice how shiny and well made the pills look? And they are a very smooth tasting. Just go strolling around this page and notice how happy we are..I believe they are stroger to..I never have any pain or anything..I taking buprenorphine for addiction but I also have pain..its a combo for me. Now for me, if I get a different generic than usual I notice it. But when I got Rhodes it was like a perfect dream. A smooth transition, no problems at all..I hope u enjoy the new Rhodes u just go..I'm sure u will. Also if u go to Google at look at the btodrems.com all the buprenorphine will show up..u will notice in the new Rhodes it says 8.64mg bup, equivalent to 8mgs. So yes they are a tad stronger. I take one in the morning and sometimes I forget and think oh wow I only took one I get more today. Cuz I'm prescribed 3 and a half. Now with the other generics I was always running short at the end of the month. I would never run completely out. Just short by meaning only being able to take less a few day ..but ya they are a very good generic

I have been on the 54/411 for 8 yrs and I just got on the B 8. I will tell you that first of all the manufacturer has a good reputation for making quality generics, second, they dissolve quicker than the 54/411, and for me personally I feel more energetic and they last longer than the 54/411. I felt the difference within a few minutes If you are out there trying to abuse them, then stick to Suboxone. But for men like me who have been clean for 13 yrs these by far are better than all the other ones. God bless, stay clean.
