Rhodes 100mg Morphine Sulfate Er Garbage

Is it just me or has ANYONE else had an issue with Rhodes morphine not working!!?? I've tried a couple different ways to get the most out of these and no matter what I do it ultimately does nothing for my pain. I barely felt like I took some Aspirin or Ibuprofen!! Like REALLY WTF!!!!! It can't just be me I'd like to know if ANYONE else has had this problem. I can't be the only one.

Now I remember back in the day I took 2 x 100mg RED Oblong ones and got great relief and that always stuck with me that when the time came and needed to be on a high dose that would be a go to.

I've asked my pharmacy to obtain a different brand and they said that's all they could get and they were charging me 260 bucks for 30 of them. So after a few months of getting ripped off I went to a new pharmacy and wouldn't you know they had the SAME ONES!!! What were the odds just my luck.

So I talked to the pharmacist and asked if they could get a different brand and luckily she said next month they will be getting in a different kind. So I'll find out towards the middle of this month if these new ones are going to be any better (I really hope so). Before anyone tells me to try a different drug I tried to get back to my oxymorphone 30mg ER but the new pharmacy couldn't special order it for me even though they're a HUGE company. She said they're just unable to order it.

Try another pharmacy. They usually have contracts with suppliers and the generics are different. I think we need more regulation on generics because I swear some of them have no active ingredient.

Oh my GodYes! I'm going through the same thing! I couldn't believe I was the only one! CVS uses Rhodes brand & has worked for me for years, but my last 2 prescriptions I could tell the pills looked different, Morphine Sulfate ER 30mg & 15 mg, but thinner & shiny coated. I was in withdrawals on the 2nd day! I don't know what to do! My pain started 44 yrs ago multiple back injuries, surgeries and treatments n now there's only been meds that allow me a little bit of a normal life the last 15 yrs. I don't do anything to abuse my meds, IT'S NOT F***ING FAIR!!!!
