Results Of A 5 Panel Urine Drug Test.

My boyfriend was given a 5 panel urine drug test. He is currently taking 40 mg of Vyvanse. The test results showed that all panels were negative except for the THC. So the test for the Vyvanse was negative. Would that mean that the result for the THC could be wrong also?

On a five panel test, each drug is tested individually. If he rested positive for THC then I feel confident that he had THC in his system. I am not certain, but I don't believe Vyvanse is a drug that is tested for. I don't believe it is a narcotic. Again, I am not positive about the Vyvanse.
