Respidol Overdose

2 weeks ago my daughter took an over dose of 40 Risperdol tablets She pulled through but is off balance, from time to time very bad memory most of the time she cannot remember what she is doing or want to say or do, blured visioen even with her contact lenses or glasses and very tired. Is this long term effects or will it improve over time.

What has her doctor said about it?

Risperdal is very potent, so taking that many tablets means she had to have taken a very large amount, thus it is possible that some of the damage may be permanent.

Some may improve with time, but there is really no way for anyone on here to say, since this site is not familiar with her medical history and prognosis.
