Resistant Fungal Infection Treatment?
UpdatedI developed a severe fungal infection internally in my neck and vagina after taking natural wild organic mushroom capsules. I already had bacterial cellulitis in neck so this is probably why it developed there. I was choking on my own neck tissues n had a hacking cough. I My could feel the spores inside of my neck like tree roots n im not joking. My doc basically didn't believe this could happen n refused to prescribe antifungal. Luckily I had one at home anyway from before that I hadnt needed to use. I took it n next morning I was spitting up yellow mucus that was very smooth like cottage cheese weird I know but I guess thats the fungus coming out. The same thing happened next morning n then stopped. It killed off a good bit of fungus but was still a good bit left at same time but it felt it got smaller n less severe, still choking n hacking cough. So I got another one off my dads script n took it on the sun night. The first one was d wed. So only 4 days apart. The second one I could feel working too n spat up smaller amounts of mucous n again for 3 days. Alot better again but could still feel there. Knew I needed more so had go back doc. I was so embarrassed in work this week coz cough was so abnormal n bad n I vomitted a no of times due to the cough n irritation in tissues. Anyway I never got app till later in week. I told him last antifungal I took worked so it is definitely fungus n he agreed to give me one 150mg dose although I asked for a few days he refused. I just knew id need more. The problem here is its 7 days since last dose n I think it developed resistance coz I took n it dampened down symptoms but got no mucous up n as soon as 3 days were up, it flared back up like hot discomfort n inflamed. What to do now? I also went bk doc yesterday n he refused to give me anymore. I stormed out of there so angry n humiliated he basically mustnt have believed me n d pain of this thing was unreal. Ill have to get it by other means but what if its resistant?
