Reprexain - Oval White Tablet Lp 146

I found an oval white tablet marked with lP 146. My son has been taking it for pain, or so he said.

The pill in description marked IP 146 is Reprexain; which is a combination of Hydrocodone (5 mg) + Ibuprofen (200 mg).

Reprexain is used to treat moderate to severe pain, and is also used as an antitussive to treat cough in formulations such as Codiclear.
