Replacement For Hydrocodone

I have been taking hydrocodone for leg problems an back.I recently had esopugus cancer but bear it.The funny thing I had a me I for my back and it barely showed anything.Now I am starting to think my stomach is the main problem.Is there any over the counter meds to replace my 10/325 hydrocodone I haven't found nothing yet.thx mike

There is nothing OTC that will help the pain like what you've been.taking. Talk to your Dr.

I can't attest to whether or not it's true, but I've heard speculation that certain strains of Kratom were probably the closest type of OTC alternative you can get to the analgesic effects of opioids.. This is not to say that it'll have anywhere near the same type of effect on your individual pain levels/tolerance to various treatment protocols, but in the realm of OTC options it seems to have developed a good reputation for pain management.

I'd be interested in hearing if anyone else here has tried a specific strain of Kratom for such purposes and if so, what your experience was like transitioning from an Rx med to something plant based? If you haven't tried Kratom, perhaps it might just be worth researching or asking a naturopathic doctor what their thoughts are on the matter.

One thing's for sure though, and that is everyone tends to react or respond differently to Rx meds and plants alike, whereas it may just come down to trial and error in order to find out what truly works and what doesn't.

Yes I have used kratom. For replacement of Norco. And brings pain from 7 to a 3 or 4. I prefer the strain meng da. There are other strains that work as well. The only problem that I have found is that,it is horrible to take lol.
