Remtyme Sleeping Pill

I phoned Remtyme last eveing and placed an otder (2 bottles plus one free). I was told it would take up three weeks to receive the order. I phoned again at 11 a.m. to cancel my order as I find I cannot take this producat with my present medications. They have refused to cancel the shipment. WHY? October 17, 2001.

Made order for REMTyme sleeping pills (Order Date: 09/09/2011; Order ID: 8489529) and on 09/21/2011 got an email informing me items have been shipped. The address stated was a non-existent/wrong address, most probable cause of my non-receipt. I rang 1800 039 118 and a female asked me to ring 1866 359 4510 or 1877 259 7541 which are now both disconnected and no longer in service. I rang 1 800 196 749, a Justin was kind enough to help and said he will inform his supervisor and I should be getting a call soon. Please inform me what happened to my order?
