Removing Jadelle Implant

how do i get the jadelle implants removed and why do i have 2 of them when every1 else i have talked to only have 1 and dont understand why i have 2

You would have to have a doctor remove them for you.

And there actually should be 2, if someone only has one theirs was not done properly, or they just may not realize that they actually have 2 of them.
