Regix Anti Allergy Drug

im using this medicine called regix for the past 5 years .symtoms are like a skin rashes after eating anything like fish.chicken .yest based products any cold drink .i take it once a day and im fine eating anything.i would like to know if its fine taking it for a long time or not
