Regestrone & Siphene

I am 27 years old, married ... looking for a child .... I have irregular periods iam done with 40 days, my pregancy test is -ve ..... can I use Regestrone to have meopause and can I use siphene for ovelation ? ...need your suggestoins ..thanks !!

meri umra 24 saal hai. meri shadi ko 8 mahine ho gaye he. lekin abhi pregnant nahi hui hoo. mere periods bhi time se nahi hote. uske liye main kuch syrup aur siphene tablets bhi le rahi hoo. mera 2 saal pehle apendix ka operation bhi hua tha. usse koi problem to nahi hai. plz help and give reply.
