Regestrone 5mg Dosing Intervals

I'm age 37 and I have a problem of irregular periods. My gynecologist suggested I take Regestrone 5mg. Is there any need for me to take this tablet at the same exact time everyday? Is a time gap of half an hour acceptable or not? My doctor said after taking this tablet that it will stop my periods, but that has not happened. Kindly advise.

Yes, a small variation is fine and will not change anything, just try not to go too far, keep it within that half-hour window, if possible.

How long have you been taking it? It may take awhile for it to reach its full level of efficacy in your body, to see if it stops your period.

The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, and PMS-like symptoms.
