i JUST GOT A BOTTLE OF REDOTEX AND STARTED IT TODAY...HOPEFULLY IT WILL WORK :) iS THERE A DIET PLAN THAT WE CAN FOLLOW AND ALSO SHOULD ALCOHOL BE COMPLETELY BANNED WHEN USING THIS?

THE DIET GIVEN TO ME WHEN THIS PILL WAS "THE THING TO BE ON" IS AS FOLLOWS:
NO POTATOES
NO BREAD
NO BEER
NO PASTA
NO TORTILLAS (this was the diet when i was in Mexico)
YOU TAKE ONE PILL IN THE AM WITH NATURAL JUICE AND GO ABOUT YOUR DATE AS NORMAL YOU CAN EAT ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING AS LONG AS YOU DO NOT EAT WHAT IS LISTED ABOVE. HOPE ALL GOES WELL ALSO FROM WHAT IVE HEARD IF YOU ARE SENSITIVE TO DIET PILLS MEANING IF YOU TRY OTHERS IN THE PAST THIS MED COMES IN REGULAR AND "NF" . BEST OF LUCK

@Yissel: If you are still able to supply this medicine, please contact me. I am interested in buying the regular version. My supplier now can only get NF. Also, anyone else who lives near the Mexico border and can get the regular formula (not NF) please let me know.

Hello, I took this medication a few years back and let me tell you it works. I was weighing about 195lbs and went down to 149lb i dont remember how long it took me to loose that weight. I started taking the medication last week 11/28/2012 weighing 209lb last night i weigh myself and i only lost 2lbs. I noticed my work shirt doesn't fit me that tight. At this time i feel anxious i want to loose more weight before Jan 19 my niece's 15th bday. Am i trying to hard or should i just let the pills take it's coarse. if you all have tips in loosing more weight please post it. Last week i guess i could of been more strict on my diet i guess its my fault i am going to try harder this week and i will keep you all posted. good luck to you all on your weight lost goal. I know if we set our minds to it we can do it.

one thing I remmeber about the first time i went on this pill diet was what my doctor told me " do not pay attention to the number of pounds you lose, pay attention in your clothes" lol funny thing because thats the same thing this second doctor told me It will eventually show but it does work. some people respond better on the NF one I do not. take your time and explore and be patient :)

I started Redotex on 12/8/12. I'm 25 yrs old, 5'1" and as of 12/7/12 I weighed 157.3lbs. Today is 12/14/2012, 6 days on the pill, and I weigh 151.4. So far I've lost about 6lbs in 6 days. I don't have a strict diet, but I do only eat once a day. My appetite is very suppressed so I force myself to eat. Only side effect I've noticed is cotton mouth, extreme thirst, and loose bowels, but since the initial pill, the bowels have gotten better. Any questions feel free to ask. I will keep you guys posted on my weight loss...

Ps. I took these pills about 6-8 months ago, for two months and lost almost 30lbs on it. But after about 2 months of being off the pill, I gained it all back :(

Ok people im in love with redotex. Is a wonderful pill. I was looking like crazy, and finally I found this site, now I know where I can buy it. I lost 13 pounds in 1 month and a half, maybe is not to much, but I not doing any kind of exercise because I don't have enough time I have 2 babies, so the point is. If you have the $ for buy redotex buy it. Let me recommend it this pills that I took for loose weight. They call be slim from red natura from mexico. My sister bough it for me there, you know the price always is cheaper there, but I can't go for the moment, instead I bought it in ebay for 26 last month, now the price is getting higher, 29.99 but still cheap, for me works wells. 13lbs in less than to 2 months. Not to bad. Now I just want to loose 5 or 10lbs. But I dont have the money to buy redo :( so I will continue using this pills. And im taking china slim tea, one cup after each meal.
