Sorry Annelinne but I don't live anywhere near TJ, I live in the center of the country, Guanajuato actually... U can go to any Farmacias Similares Dr. and for like 10 bucks he will give u the prescription, I actually got it from my GYOB but I know almost any Dr. will do it.

HELLO EVERYONE, I'VE FINALY GOT MY PILLS TWO DAYS AGO AND STARTED YESTERDAY, SO FAR JUST ALITLLE DRY MOUTH AND MY APETITE HAS DECREASE ALOT, IT WAS A JOURNEY TO GET MY PILLS..... F I N A L L Y !!!! I GOT THEM : )

Soooooo, i'ts been a week since I started the pills and I have to say I'm amaze, as of saturday I've lost 13 pounds, I was in shock, really... And everything has been sooooo easy, I do follow a diet plan but I've also eaten some sweets, we'll see how it goes on the next weeks, I'll keep you posted...

Bride to Be-That is awesome!! Congratulations... Have you had any side effects? Some of the effects that I had were dry mouth and being somewhat lethargic, which I didn't like so I didn't stay on the pills. Did this happen with you?

Thank you Linda! I started on 178.5 pounds so this is amazing. I actually haven't had any major side effects, dry mouth hasn't been an issue, I'm really used to drink loooots of water anyways... The lethargic part of the pills is somewhat not a big deal, I don't really feel tired or anything until I get home from work so no biggie... I just hope I continue to lose weight, I get marriend in a month and I want to look amazing!

Hey Carol In LA, I take my pill aprox 15 min before breakfast and I eat as follows:
*Breakfast:
A sandwich with just half a slice of bread, like Wonder, with 1-2 turkey ham slices, lettuce and light mayonese, an apple or 1 cup of light natural yoghurt.
*Mid-morning:
1 cup of watermelon or papaya, 1 cup of tea with no sugar or Svetia.
*Lunch:
Lots of lettuce salad, chicken in different ways, I eat at work and we have cafeteria service so the menu is different everyday.
Mid-afternoon:
1 cup of cucumbers with lemon, salt and chile powder, I'm mexican and I like it a lot :P
Dinner:
Sometimes Special K cereal with light milk or Quaker Instant.

That's it, sometimes I indulge myself and I eat a cookie or two and maybe a lollypop but not all the time, this diet was given to me by a nutritionist, hope it helps, I'm still losing weight, I will weight myself again on saturday and I'll let you know :)

Carol, muchas gracias!! U should try and drink as muchs water as possible, this really helps, I drink aprox 2.5-3 lts daily.
Every body is different, I know that, I had such a hard time trying to lose weight and Redo did what tons of diets, including The Zone, couldn't do...

Carol, I'm taking the regular ones, I read somewhere that the NF are not as good, I really couuldn't tell because I have not taken them... About the banana thing, mmmmm not sure, it has potassium and it's supposed to burn fat naturally, but no idea... U should try n get the regular redo sweetie, and don't be depressed, my Dr. said he has seen some people that are so into losing weight they get stuck for some reason, just drink lots of water, eat 5 times a day and u'll see!! Oh btw, I´m now on 160 pounds!!
