Ribears2002 / Angeluh - Thanks for ur replies. I will set up an appt w/ my US Dr & ask him what is his opinion on REDO and what risks I would be taking in taking them. (at least for a while only) Even though my job doesnt require to much physical activity, I have noticed my heart beat/pulse is a little faster than normal. Angeluh- Since hungry-wise Im doing pretty good, I think im just going to do WITHOUT the water pills and than take it from there :)

Hello ;-)

I just started taking Redotex, and have a few questions that hopefully yous can help me out with.

Has anyone found that it makes you poop alot?

What have yous taken for a burst of energy? (A few years ago I took the blue/white capsules of phen, and those were great. Now I can't get them, and am trying redo but the redo isn't giving me an energy rush.)
Has anyone tried dumping a couple capsules in like gatorade and drinking it throughout the day? ;-)

B917- If you find urself in the bathroom with a softer bowel movement...it's because Redotex contains Laxative!!

Thanks Angeluh ;-) I'm aware of the laxative. I'm just wondering if it's a constant thing. I haven't read any posts on anyone having to poop Alot. ;-)

I don't think Redo makes me poop, at least not after taking it for more than a few days. Also it doesn't give me the energy either. I get kind of lazy on it. I've tried it with ephedrine and that gives you an hour or two boost.
I'm saying all this because I was sick and constipated for like a week so I took Redo and I still couldn't go.
Axcion gives me the energy and usually helps with the pooping. Axcion is the pill you were talking about but the mexican version (blue/white) phen.
Adderall makes you lose weight like crazy but it's an off label weight loss drug, some doctors will prescribe it for short term off label use and this stuff always cleans out my system.
Lol.

Hi Laredo Girl, I was reading that your Doctor gave you Furosemida a water pill, the pharmacy that I went to gave me the same pills because my body tends to retain alot of water, I take 1 and 1 Redotex and believe me it works, it gets rid of plenty of water. If you drink plenty of water in the evening you can probably take one then so you won't go to sleep with alot of water and weigh like 5 lbs more instead of 5 lbs less. You should try it for a week and see what results you get, They work Fabulously for me!! Take care and good luck with your weight loss!!

Ok, here’s the deal. I’ve been weighing 140 for the longest time! Before kids, I was always b/t 125-130 tops and ever since I had my kids (my baby is 4 y.o.), I can’t get down below 135! So this time around I decided to try Redotex since I am tolerant to just about everything out there. Axcion, esbelcaps, shakes, etc. and any of those things don’t do anything for me. I’ve been watching what I eat as well. I’ve been takin the Redo for 9 days now and I’ve managed to come down to 137. I guess the heavier you are, the more you lose BUT is there anyway I can speed this up besides exercising. I was inquiring about the Talla Baja drops but I don’t think anyone carries them in Nuevo Progresso. Any tips???

Jessica- Regarding the Furosemida water pill, are u saying that ur drinking one every day? i asked my aunt(she takes them once in a while) She told me that she would take them abt once every 2 wks as they lower ur Potassium(or something along those lines) and that if im going to take them to eat a banana with it. If u r taking them everyday, just be careful. As for me, I took one my first day, and have been taking just the REDO. Maybe next week ill take another water pill. I just dont want to mix alot of stuff together. I have been getting headaches though (probably my abrubt depravation of Coca-Cola :)

Laredo Girl, I have not had any side effects whatsoever, actually I will take 1 or 2 pills a day and of course drink plenty of water and go to the restroom alot but I do eat a good lunch, I think that is helping me because I do eat alot of salts in my food and the pill gets rid of the water. I feel really good and not bloated like I used too, but then again every body's system is different! Take care too! Good Luck with your weight loss!!

I started Redo 2 years ago. I lost over 40 lbs in 5 months. I combined it with the weighwatchers diet and loved results! I still follow ww but when I loose that self dicipline, the redo helps me get back on track and maintain. I live close the the TJ border, but am too afraid to go down there myself. Like everyone I want the real stuff at a reasonable price. Can anyone share info on this?

I've been on Redo since 2/1/09...so far I've lost about 19lbs. It's not the miracle loss I thought I would get, but hey..19lbs, is 19lbs...and I have 2 more bottles left. Another 19lbs would be great. I started off at 185, currently at 166. I'm not doing anything as far as cardio or anything. I drink lots of water. I do smoke, so I'm wondering if that is having an effect on the loss. I do have to say though, I've lost 3in off my waist, 3in off my lower waist area, and another 3in off my hips/thighs....so I can't complain. I'd much rather lose inches, than numbers on the scale. My goal is to get to about 150-155. I get mine on sell.com..$100. Cheapest i've found anywhere. I don't live close enough to MX to just go down there and get it.

I was reading comments about taking Furosemida and Redotex together. I have two questions: I thought Redo has a diaretic (spelling?) in it? I get really dry mouth and drink at least a gallon of water a day.
Wouldn't taking the two together cause you to get dihydrated?
