Pill found that is all red except a grey band in the middle with a 5 imprinted on one side and an L on the other. I found the pill split in half in my room and don't know where it came from or what it is.

This is an over the counter 500mg Acetaminophen tablet, a generic for Extra Strength Tylenol, the grey band is intended to enable to medication to be rapid release.
The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness and headache.
