Red Capsule With Brown Substance

its a red capsule with a brown pill shaped substance with very few white specks through it

i found these two red capsules a deep red the kind of capsules that have one half inside of the other inside is this
weird brown rocky stuff with very few white specs through out it and its all in one solid piece in the shape of the capsule any help would be appreciated

If there are no markings on them, it is going to be difficult to determine what they actually contain.

We can rule them out as being a U.S. manufactured prescription medication, since they are all required to have unique imprints to enable their identification.

However, that still leaves several possibilities, the highest probability is that it's an over the counter product, but there is also a small chance that it could be something that was specially ordered by a doctor and done by a compounding pharmacy, or it could be a foreign medication.

Does anyone else recognize this?

I found a whole bottle hidden in my fianc fiance's towel cabinet hidden in behind the towels but have no clue what it is. It is a red large capsule with no numbers or anything on it to identify it. It also has brown substance inside of it. Does anyone know what it is? Help! SOS
