Red and white pill with a strip possibly, no markings, size of an aspirin?? Plz help!!!!

Without any markings, it's difficult to determine what this is with any certainty. It's most likely an over the counter product.

Where was it found? Some OTC products can be regional, so knowing the general location may help to narrow it down.

Does anyone else recognize this tablet?

I'll keep looking and post back, when I have information for you.
