Red Round Pill Engraved With A R, got from a friend that said it was Tramadol 225mg, but havent been able to identify it. pls help i gonna eat it tomorrow TY!! =)

Hi Robin,

A R is a pretty vague imprint, and I definitely haven't found any matches that lead me to believe it's Tramadol. The only thing I've found that somewhat matches the imprint is Aricept (23 mg). It is a reddish brown pill with ARICEPT engraved into the front and 23 engraved into the back.

Aricept belongs to the drug class cholinesterase inhibitors and used in the treatment of alzheimer's disease.

I'm guessing you may have already taken the pill (hopefully with no adverse reactions) seeing as you don't seem to know what it is. If you found out please post back! I imagine this is common sense, but no one should take medication without knowing what's in it first or its origins.
