Red Pill Kali 083 Id Please

I have a red pill with KALI on the front and 083 on the back. Does anyone know what this is?

Par Pharmaceuticals lists this tablet as containing 37.5mgs of Tramadol, and 325mgs of Acetaminophen. It is a generic for Ultram, it is an opioid pain medication. NDC code: 49884-946
