I found a red capsule with v 4206 in my daughters room can you tell me what it is and what its used for?

This capsule contains 50mgs of Meperidine and 25mgs of Promethazine, the first is a narcotic and the second is used to help prevent the nausea that it can cause.

Side effects may include: nausea, headache, dizziness and constipation.
