With no markings, it's a bit difficult to determine what the tablet contains.
We can rule it out as being a U.S. manufactured and approved prescription medication, because they are all required to have markings to enable their identification.
The only exception for a very tiny pill might be for one that was from a package of oral contraceptives, since they are usually packaged in blister cards and aren't always required to have imprints on each tablet.
How small is it?
Otherwise, if it's not that small, then it's most likely an over the counter medication of some type.
