If you don't have the complete imprint, it may be difficult to determine with any precision, however there are over the counter Acetaminophen products that do meet this description, so I have a strong suspicion that it what this is.
The grey area is used in the middle of the rapid release tablets, for Tylenol and the generics and store brands.
