Reclast For Severe Osteoporosis

Is there anyone that has taken Reclast for severe osteoporosis that can give me any information on side effects?

It has been a year since I took the reclast, and I had absolutely no side effects. I do suggest you drink alot of water. I traveled one hour and drank 64 ounces of water on the way, I did not want any kidney problems. I did not have any problems. I am 55 years old and have severe osteoporosis
