Reason Manufactured Stopped Fiorinal

Hi- what is the reason we can no longer buy/get Fiorinal ? I don't understand and the "6 PM news" has never reported a word about this!

The news wouldn't report it, unless it was a recall or something due to reasons that could be very dangerous. They typically don't report on drug shortages, or when something has just been removed from the market.

And I've done quite a bit of searching, but I'm sorry, I've been unable to find any information on why it is no longer available.

From what I can find, Fioricet is still available, which replaces the Aspirin with Acetaminophen.

So you may want to ask your doctor about prescribing it, instead.
