Reaction To Clindamycin

Started 300 Clindamycin Friday after 2 pills my chest n neck were beet red. I tried to take again the next day the same thing happened. My whole neck n throat Red n Burning.
Dr gave this medicine to me because I got a tattoo and all red n itchy after 8 days.
My breathing was being affected. I stopped after 4 (300mg) think it's a reaction.
