Can Indomethacin and Wellburtin taken together cause a reaction? Lightheadness, dizzy, confusion, slurred speech, blood pressure was high. I ended up in the emergency room. Poison control said it was these medications that caused this.

They aren't actually interactions, but they can be side effects of these medications, which could be worsened by combining them.

For example, both Indomethacin, and Wellbutrin may cause dizziness, drowsiness, sedation and somnolence as side effects, according to FDA reports, so taking them both could make those symptoms more severe, and that could lead to the slurring of speech that you experienced. The high blood pressure is also something that can be a side effect of both of these medications, so it could be worsened by combining them.

Thus, it sounds like this is not a safe combination for you to take. Have you informed your doctor? You will likely do better trying other medications.

Are these the only ones you took at that time?
