Ratio Lenoltec 3

Hi. I have been taking t-3's for about 4 yrs, not daily. When i went to the drugstore to pick up my script i was given lenoltec-3. Now i find they are not as effective and mixed with my zoloft, i feel a mild downer mood wise. Thank you so much.

Are there any serious side effects associated with this medicine called Ratio-Lenoltec No. 3 (acetaminophen 300mg + caffeine 15mg + codeine 30mg)? Can this cause severe heartburn? I took two tablets at approx. 9:10pm last nite and I woke up with what I assumed to be severe heartburn at around 12:15am that lasted about 2.5 hours.
