Ranozex 500 Mg

My father who is presently in Canada , was taking Ranozex 500 mg
but now this medicine has been finished and is not available in Canada
Is there any risk if does not take Ranozex daily, or what is the alternative.

I am taking CERUVIN 150 which contains Clopidogrel 150mg.Now the Doctor has advised CERUVIN A which contains Clopidogrel 75mg + Aspirin 75mg.Is it correct to reduce the dose of Clopidogrel.
