Both of these contain the active ingredient Esomeprazole, they are just manufactured by different companies.

Esomeprazole is a proton pump inhibitor used to reduce the amount of acid produced by the stomach, to treat or prevent conditions, such as heartburn, GERD, ulcers and Gastritis.

Side effects can include: nausea, dizziness, stomach pain and flatulence.
