What is Rablet-D prescribed for?

Is there any other information which you can post such as what country, web site, or store you obtained this from + any active ingredients ? Details about this medication seem to be very scarce. I do believe it comes in a 10 mg dose, and is from India ?? Could it be under a different spelling ?
