Rabium, Omnacortil, & Zydus Nutriva Folic Acid Tablets

My 49 years old mother has been taking rabium 20, omnacortil 10 & Zydus nutriva folic acid tablets for the past 5-6 years every day. Now she's gaining a lot of weight and I wanted to know whether this will cause any side effects in the future? If so, what other supplements can she take instead of these tablets? It is very very important, please advise me.
