Rx Directions Unclear

My RX of Prednisone 20mg tablets reads take two tablets daily for 7 days.
Do I take two at once?

You can take them together, or at different times of day, whichever works for you. Some people prefer to take it all in the morning, to help prevent the insomnia and nervousness it can cause, which may result in them getting no sleep.

The FDA lists the other typical side effects as possibly including dizziness, acne and weight changes.
