No. Tylenol # 3 contains 30 mg Codeine and 325 mg Tylenol. You must have a prescription to obtain Tylenol # 3. Codeine is a narcotic and can be addicting.

i have a bottle of oxycodone acemetephine 7.5 325 the bottle description says white oval pill with u16
