Round Pink Pill With G 51

i found some pills wilth g 51 on one side and 300 on the other side. I belive they are for heartburn but i'm trying to find out myslef to make sure before i take one.

You are correct, these contain 300mgs of Ranitidine, a generic for Zantac, used to treat heartburn and GERD.
