Restless Nerve Problems

my wife madhumita, height 5ft,weight 70 kg,colesterol little high, takes Orvas 10 at bed time for 40 days is suffering form nerve problem for a min period of 6 yrs.Her legs jerk( sp. left leg & sometimes even left hand) while sleeping.whenever she retires to bed a sensation flows through her whole body next jerk starts to her left side or even other parts.It made her sleepless,restless for nights. Tremors or jerks started recently even when she sits to relax.Earlier for 5 years neurobeon forte was taken irregularly,it did not solve the problem,it became worse,now Gobaneuron 100 ,2 tabs are taken at a time by her at 7 pm regularly for last 40 days.this made her sleep better but still her legs jerk during sleep if i touch or shake her little.Her father & brother also jerk their legs little during their sleep but it does not disturb their sleep. Should she take it lifetime,can it cure the disease permanently,is there any permanent cure at all,is there any better cure or remedy,can it lead to any fatal consecuences or brain or paralytic disease,how to prevent that? she has some acidic problem,nodiabetis or pressure problem,hair fall goes on ,sometimes headache occurs due to sleeplessness or tension,saridon or paracitamol heals it .which medicine, exercise/yoga,food,lifestyle should she follow to come out of this obesy & nerve problem?Please suggest the best neurologist"s prescription for best cure .most urgent.

hi, give ur a vigrous treatment of calcium. start wit two tablets of supracal a day.
one before sleep. one early morning. she will see immediate improvement.
if needed, for fastest recovery give her calcium injections too.
