Ranidom -o Syrup

i am 16 weeks pregnant...i was feeling some irritation in my neck and doctor has suggested me RANIDOM-O SYRUP.....is it safe to have this syrup during pregnancy...For what is this syrup exactly.....

This contains the active ingredient Rantidine, which is used to help reduce the amount of acid produced by the stomach to prevent, or treat conditions such as heartburn, GERD and ulcers.

And you should check with your doctor, or pharmacist to be certain, but from what I have found, it's listed as being in pregnancy category B, which means it's not believed to cause any harm to the baby.

No ma'am, as Ranidom o syrup contents Oxetacaine which is not safe during pregnancy..
