What are the side effects of R Tanna tablet, does this medication irritate the pancreas?

R Tanna contains Chlorpheniramine and Phenylephrine, this is used to treat cold and allergy symptoms.

Most medications can irritate the pancreas, so if you have pancreatic issues and need to use it, you should not take it on any empty stomach.

Has your doctor advised you to use it?

Common side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness and dizziness.
