My father taking quitipin 50 mg at night. Due to parelesis attach 3 times a year.

my mother after CVA has been paralysed, fluent aphasia and schizophrenic disorder.she is on cutipin 50bd &arpiz 5 od.still she is very restless during day time.Is there a better option?
