Hi jurei,

From what I could gather, a white to off-white, film-coated, capsule-shaped, biconvex tablet with "QT" over "300" on one side and a ">" on the other, contains quetiapine fumarate equivalent to quetiapine 300 mg.

Nonmedicinal ingredients: calcium hydrogen phosphate dihydrate, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, povidone, sodium starch glycolate; coating: polyethylene glycol 3350, polyvinyl alcohol, talc, and titanium dioxide.
